Horslyx is the equivalent to a maintenance ration, most horses at rest or in light work will receive the required amount of energy and nutrients when fed Horslyx and forage or grazing alone. Horslyx does not contain cereals and is suitable for horses or ponies that become excitable and erratic when fed supplementary compound feed. Older horses benefit from Horslyx as it does not require chewing and is easily digested.
