Shipping and Delivery
We will normally aim to dispatch your order within two/three working days (i.e. excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays) of receiving it. A signature is normally required on all deliveries.  Please ensure that the name, address and telephone number provided for deliveries is one where someone is available during working hours.  If you specifically ask for your order to be left if you are out, you agree that we or our delivery agent will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or delay arising howsoever from such delivery of said items.

Our basic shipping charges are:
England, Wales & Lowland Scotland orders are charged at £4.99 per order up to a maximum total order value of £24.99 and £7.99 for order values totaling £25.00 or more.

We operate a cash with order system, we do not send goods on "approval".

Returns
Please note this Policy applies to DAMAGED GOODS ONLY.
This policy also only applies to purchases made online via our company website (www.horslyx.com). It does not refer to goods purchased via our network of stockists or through any other channels, such as merchants or agents representing Horslyx.

While every effort is made to ensure that goods reach you in perfect condition, on occasion faulty or damaged goods may need to be returned for a replacement or a full refund.
In the first instance, we will endeavour to replace any item that is deemed faulty. In most cases we can offer a like for like replacement, however if the item being returned is no longer in stock or no longer manufactured and available from our suppliers we will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

Please note that we are unable to offer a refund or replacement on items that have been damaged through wrongful or inappropriate use, not following instructions, or normal wear and tear.
You have 7 working days from delivery to return any faulty items. We ask that you contact us immediately regarding any faulty or damaged items to arrange their return.
